March 16, 2015

Shiseru Otome Sono Te ni wa Suigetsu (Parthenos) – 死せる乙女その手には水月 (Παρθενος) – The Dying Maiden Holds the Moon in Her Hand (Parthenos)

The offering to a cruel god. A sacrifice is the name of the ritual.
Who is the assailant? and who is the sufferer?
Destiny selects the victims and buries them deep…

“Moira”

(“Gomen ne, Elef…”)

(“I’m sorry, Elef…”)

In this world ruled by a cruel god into which I have been born,
Have I grown into a woman [flower] who can love everything without fear or doubt?

(“Hydra yo… uketoritamae”
“Ano… koe wa…!”)

(“O Hydra… please accept this”
“That… voice…!”)

yagate kaguwashiku hanasaku otome-tachi sakihokoru kisetsu wa mijikashi saredo
moyuru kuchibiru ni tada akaki ai no uta uruwashiku chiru no mo mata {hana no inochi} [jinsei]

After all, the season when fragrantly flowering maidens are in full bloom is short
But it is the lot of flowers to perish beautifully with red songs of love on their burning lips

(“Misia… senkoku otozureta wakamono wa, anata to yoku nita me o shite ita wa…”
“Uwaaaaaaa!!! Misiaaaaaaa…!!”)

(“Misia… the youth who visited recently had eyes just like yours…”
“Uwaaaaaaa!!! Misiaaaaaaa…!!”)

yureru ruriiro no tsuki [Fengari] totemo kirei na no ni
kanashimanaide sugisarishi hi mo unmei [Moira] no okurimono

Though the trembling lapis-lazuli moon [Fengari] is so beautiful
Be not sad; even the most fleeting light is the gift of fate [Moira]

shiseru aojiroki otome [Parthenos] totemo kirei datta

The pale, dead maiden was so beautiful
At last I’ve found your face, which I have searched for

Ah… to what should I compare this sadness…?
Ah… it’s a violent pain as if my heart is being torn in two

nee oboete’ru tooki hi no wagamama
minamo ni utsuru tsuki te o nobasu shoujo

Do you remember the whimsy of that distant day?
The girl reached out her hand to the moon reflected on the water’s surface

tsui ni te ni ireta n’da ne (yo)–
aa… sayonara… sayonara… watashi no kataware [Antio… antio… to miso mou]
aa… sayonara… sayonara… watashi no kataware [Antio… antio… to miso mou]

You are [I am] finally holding it–
Goodbye, goodbye, my other half
Goodbye, goodbye, my other half

「Misia!」
「Elef!」)

(“Zutto issho ni iyou ne”
“Un! Iyou ne”
“Misia!”
“Elef!”)

(“Let’s be together forever!”
“Yes, let’s!”
“Misia!”
“Elef!”)

sayonara… o-wakare sa (ne)… mou HITORI no watashi [Antio… antio… to miso mou]

Goodbye… this is farewell… my other self [Goodbye, goodbye, my other half]

Stardust shoots across the sky, Astra’s fury.
A bow and arrows are granted to the doted braves,
implore Astra to punish the burglars who invaded her territory…
